Madagascar Movies

Ever since Madagascar came out that has been one of the favorite movies for many families. Especially for my family it has really entertained us, the characters in that movie are funny. But I don't know if you have noticed they are coming out with more movies that feature the Madagascar characters, such as the penguins (which by the way are my favorite characters in the movie).
Awww, the penguins, sweet, nice and quiet or so we think. Those penguins can sure make the movie entertaining, they come up with the silliest things. I have seen so many movies that feature them now, that I am sure that the children are really enjoying the movies. Just recently I saw one that had the penguins and Mr. Blowhole, that one was funny. Then they had one based on Christmas and that one was sweet when it got to the end, I don't know how many of you have seen it.
How many of you like to see these kind of movies? They are short but funny that is for sure. They can sure keep the attention of those watching it. What do you think of this kind of movie, do you think that it is made only for children? Also if you like this movie or the many movies based on the characters, who is your favorite character?
